The win rate is identical in both columns — all the gain comes from freed capacity, not from an assumption that AI writes better copy. The time saved alone is € 40,500 a year. With no assumption about win rate at all, TenderJet pays for itself on 60 bid-hours saved a year, or 3% of bid capacity.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a notice period?
The agreement runs per year. If it does not work out you stop at the end of the term; your content and portfolio come with you in an exportable format.
What does “excluding your own Claude API usage” mean?
TenderJet runs on your own Anthropic API key. You pay that usage directly, and your documents do not travel through a shared account. In normal use it amounts to a few tens of euros a month.
How long does onboarding take?
From first conversation to live is about a month. The biggest step is filling your portfolio and content library, which we do together with you.
Does it work outside TenderNed?
Yes. Besides the TenderNed integration you can upload tender documents manually, including whole ZIP archives, and run them through the full analysis.
