Who is responsible?

Klapeen is the controller for personal data processed through this website. You can reach us through the contact form or directly by email.

What data do we process?

Only what you enter in the contact form yourself: your name, company name, email address, optionally your phone number, and the content of your message. We use it solely to answer your question.

How long do we keep it?

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your question and any follow-up, then deleted. If contact stops, we delete your message within twelve months.

Cookies and measurement

This website uses Google Analytics to see which pages are visited and where visitors come from. Analytics cookies are only set after you explicitly agree on the cookie notice. If you decline, or have not yet made a choice, Google’s script is not loaded and no data whatsoever reaches Google. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of every page. Fonts are served from our own server, not from an external network.

Transfer to Google

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Ireland Limited processes the measurement data as our processor, and that data may also be processed outside the European Union. Google participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which provides the basis for that transfer. We have IP anonymisation enabled and use no Google Signals, no User-ID and no advertising features, so no profiles for personalised advertising are built.

Server logs

The web server keeps standard access logs including IP address, timestamp and requested page. We use these for security and troubleshooting and delete them after thirty days.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared where necessary to deliver the service or where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data at any time, and object to processing. Send a message to the email address at the bottom of this page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
